Rev. John E. Bagley, Jr., the former pastor of Union Baptist Church in Easton, MD, was elected as pastor of the Union Baptist Church of Dover on the first Monday in March of 1989. He had been serving as pastoral assistant to Dr. J. H. Williams and was entrusted with the care of the Union membership during Dr. Williams' illness. He was installed on the first Sunday in May in 1989 and served as pastor until October of of that same year. |
